We pride ourselves on offering international shipping services. However, there are some locations that we cannot ship to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Prime Wigs will not be held responsible if the wrong address is provided when checking out. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order made for you free of charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom duties once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and customs duties to be incurred upon arrival in your country.

INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. However, sometimes there is no tracking available due to free shipping tracking.
MY TRACKS SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE CURRENTLY".
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and there is still no information in your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS SHIPPED IN A PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
